Winchester voters approve debt exclusion override

On December 10, 2013, Winchester voters approved the debt exclusion override for the proposed Winchester High School Construction project, with 68% voting in the affirmative and a turnout of 51% of the registered voters.  See Preliminary Election Results.

The project will now move into the final design phase and the EFPBC and Architects SMMA will select a contractor for the project, most likely in February.  Construction is expected to begin in June/July 2014.
